Terms of Service: The Foundation of The Collective.

Welcome to The Ina Collective. By using this website and acquiring these handcrafted treasures, you agree to these terms and conditions. I designed these terms to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for both the artisan and the collector. Furthermore, using this site confirms that you accept these practices.

The Beauty of Handmade.

Because I handcraft my jewelry in Trinidad, every piece possesses unique characteristics.

  • Natural Elements: I use high-quality glass, semi-precious stones, and natural elements. Consequently, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are a mark of authenticity and not a defect.
  • Accuracy: I strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, your screen’s display settings may affect how these colors appear.

Collaborative Creations.

My custom made jewelry and jewelry reworking services are deeply personal collaborations.

  • Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke designs, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Inquiry Process: Submitting a “Custom Inquiry” does not constitute a contract. A project is only officially started once a design is agreed upon and a deposit (if applicable) is paid.

Secure Transactions.

By placing an order via our WooCommerce shop, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate.

  • Pricing: I list all prices in TTD. Additionally, I reserve the right to change prices or stop selling products at any time.
  • Local Delivery: Third-party couriers handle shipping in Trinidad. While we do not control courier delays, we will gladly help you track your package.

My Commitment to Quality.

I stand behind my work. Therefore, a three-month guarantee against craftsmanship defects covers every piece of handmade jewelry. This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care (contact with perfumes, lotions, or water).
  • Normal wear and tear or accidental loss.
  • Items purchased during “Final Sale” events.

Intellectual Property.

The Ina Collective owns all content on this site. This includes jewelry designs, brand names, and imagery. Therefore, I strictly prohibit the unauthorized use of the “Warm Luxury” branding or artisanal designs.

Governing Law.

The laws of Trinidad and Tobago govern these terms. Consequently, the local jurisdiction will handle any disputes that arise from using this site.
