While each handcrafted creation is built to be enduring, I also know that every piece is beautifully unique, and life happens.

That is why I confidently stand behind my creations with a three-month guarantee on all handmade jewelry purchases.

If your piece breaks or becomes non-functional for any reason within three months of acquiring it, simply reach out to me. I will personally assess the situation and work with you to find a perfect solution. Depending on material availability, I will be happy to:

  • Revitalize your original piece with expert care.
  • Replace it with a similar item from the collection.
  • Offer a substitution with a piece of equal value from my curated collection.

This handmade jewelry guarantee is my promise that your beautiful, timeless jewelry remains that way for years to come. It’s my commitment to your peace of mind, allowing you to wear your creations with complete confidence.

Shipping & Delivery: Bringing Your Treasures Home

In line with my handmade jewelry guarantee, every order is packaged with meticulous care to ensure your jewelry arrives securely and beautifully. I currently offer the following delivery options within Trinidad & Tobago:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: $40 TTD flat rate nationwide. We aim for your treasures to reach you within 3-5 business days.
  • Complimentary Studio Pickup: If you prefer to collect your piece personally, pickup is available by appointment at a mutually agreed location.
  • Order Tracking: Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive a notification so you can follow its journey to you.
  • Processing Time: All ready-to-wear pieces are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Important Note on Delivery:

Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are accurate. If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to the studio, and a new delivery fee will apply for a second attempt.

Returns & Quality Assurance

I want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied:

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Ready-to-Wear: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for shop credit or exchange, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition.
  • Custom & Reworked Pieces: Due to the personalized nature of customized jewelry, these sales are final. However, they are always covered by my three-month guarantee.

Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during a sale or using a “Final Sale” discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.

To keep your pieces radiant, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in the provided pouch when not in use.

All ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. For custom made jewelry, the timeline varies based on the design complexity, but we usually aim for completion within 2 – 3 weeks

I use high-quality glass, semi-precious stones, and natural elements. Specific materials are listed on each individual product page.
